Hello, my name is Fritz Stollger. My wife and I currently live in the Simpsonville area having moved here from Kentucky two years ago when our daughter and her husband, who also live in Simpsonville, had twins.

Having moved from another state recently, I know the agonies and uncertainties that can occur when doing so. When we moved to this area we had a real estate agent that listened to our needs and wishes and worked diligently with us in every way possible to ensure we had a smooth transition. If you choose me as your real estate agent, to sell or to buy, it will be my job to ease your transition in your move, whether across town or across the U.S.

Having been involved in real estate for 15 years after retiring from IBM in Lexington, Kentucky, it has been my pleasure to see the look on the faces of new home buyers when they get the keys to their first home, to help folks to upgrade or to move into or out of the area, to help settle estates at auctions and to help land owners develop their land commercially.
